My employer cut my pay 7 months ago. my pay stub still has my old rate. do I have any legal recourse?

I received no written or email notice. Lost 3 week PTO and all holidays. the pay cut is $4.35 hr.

If you are in the US and in a work at will job, then your company is not required to give you any notice of a raise or cut in pay. Also, PTO and holidays are discretionary to the company and not regulated by any law, so it's up to the company to decide how/if/when those fringe benefits are received. |

If you live in the U.S, and are not employed as a waiter or waitress, then by law you must be paid minimum wage. I would contact your local hours & wages department (part of your local courthouse) and complain. |
