I want to apply for this LP job at jc penny but have no prior LP experience. I have however ALOT of shoplifting experience. I used to do it so much that i pretty much know everything and all the signs of SLs. Should i say this at an interview? that i have this experience. I dont want to get in trouble I'm completely out of SL and i've never done it at JC penny.

HAHAHA! LOL! If you wanted to get the job you should not tell them you "were" a criminal. I did undercover security for a store like that many years ago and I too have "experience". You can explain to them that you are perceptive and trustworthy. If you have a record though, you won't get the job anyway since you may be required to be bonded. |
