I am a b.Com grad and i also did networking courses have cisco certificatios 1 C.C.N.P 2 C.C.N.A. 3.microwsoft 1 m.c.p. M.c.s.a and alos have red hat certifid cours . R.H.C . And compuper hardware service so what r my chances to get a job or working visa at USA

There are many sites dedicated to finding a job in the US. Signing up with one or more of these, putting in your certifications and specifying that you'd need a work visa should get you some answers. I'm not familiar with half of what you listed, but if it specialized enough, companies will do what it takes to have qualified workers.

Putting yourself on a fer of these sites will get you some company names. Calling them directly to inquire would be a good idea. Even if they aren't prepared to hire you, they may have more information on where to look ar procedures to follow... or even companies that will scoop you up.

Its too tough for an Indian. COz they are not interested in indian subcontinent countries. But if you have enough will you can apply for a visa and judge your luck. I will say it depends fully on luck. FOr details of applying for visa you can see this link:

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that since you cannot spell "Microsoft" or even "computer", your chances of finding a job in the IT industry in the US are pretty low. I would spent time improving my spelling.
