Ok, I've recently opened an account on eBay and i have been buying and selling. Things have been going good. However, about two months I started buying gold from as much as $5-$35, and then selling the gold for like $200-$800 at jewelry stores. I've been doing it the last two months so, I racked up a lot of money. My problem is I've been making some good cash for basically clicking a button, but I'm only 17 years old. Is it legal for me to be making so much money off of a website only for adults.

If you a violating the terms of service at eBay then they can cut off your account. There are no other legal ramifications as long as you pay any income tax that is due.
