Is it okay to write an argument section of a legal memo in this way--> Please help?

I need to analyze several factors. They're very simple, and the case law does not go into depth about the factors. The courts just see if they've been met.
So, I'm wondering if I can just use parenthetical cites, instead of full and short case analysis. What's the point of describing an entire case when you're only looking at one factor in the case?
