Is it legal to start a Naked Maid Service in NJ?

My boss and I were talking about finances. I made a joke about the only way I could make an adequate living was to sell my body. She remarked that I had a good body and was cute. She also once worked as a maid. These ideas came together and hence naked maid service. I know such businesses exist but I haven't been able to find any in New Jersey let alone South area. A couple of my friends like the idea, and we would be legitimately cleaning but we want to check the legality.

you can do a google search and find numerous videos etc, but hard to find legitimate articles on anyone in a naked maid service

IF you really do decide to do this, you will definitely need to talk to a lawyer about the legalities of this and also set up specific ground-rules for the clients and for the employees. I can see a lot of legal issues that could arise.

My guess is that the closer you are to a casino, the more likely this would be a legit business. There are looser laws about prostitution there. Do you happen to be by Atlantic City?

The real question is is this a business that will get shady with details about what you are not willing to do? You probably need to set these boundaries up right away so that you know what you as a team are willing to put up with. Be clear about each client about drug use or alcohol and age limits.

I would also recommend that you meet up with the people whose job it is to pose naked for artists. Real professional models will know what this end of the business is like. You can ask about what they think and whether or not they'd be interested too.
