Is it legal?

most likely YES if you are in the US and an adult........

overtime is based on the number of hours in a work-week (which is set by the employer) not on what days of the week or if those days are a "holiday".......

(there are 3 states that do base overtime on the number of hours in a day as well as the weekly total)

breaks are mandated in only a very few states for adults but in most states for minors...

Legal to work 24 hours a day 4 days in a row under federal law, unless you are a truck driver or similar class, the state you are in decides if you gets breaks or not there is no federal law that says you do

Nothing illegal about having you work four 12-hour days in a row. If the days are in the same week, then you'd be entitled to OT pay for hours worked over 40 in a week, but if it stretched across weeks, no OT pay is required unless you worked over 40 hours in one of the weeks.

For breaks it depends on where you are. Some states require breaks and lunches, over half of the states do not require them. Federal law doesn't require breaks and lunches.
