Is it legal for an employer to charge its employees for less than perfect surveys? This money comes right out of our checks and is usually more than the commission paid for the sale.

What i have never heard of that before!! That is crazy. I don't think thats legal, but it might be depending on the state and country you live in. |

Wow I have not ever seen or heard about being charged for doing a survey! Thats stupid! Seek help from a union or something! It cant be right. |

They can make the commission contingent on the satisfaction of the customer but charging you more than the commission is questionable at best. But without knowing the whole story it is tough to figure out if they are actually breaking the law. |
