It depends on where you're working. you could be 30,40,50, but if you're working at mcdonalds or something it doesnt matter how old you are, you'll be making minimum wage. |

You could be 50 and still only get minimum wage get a skill or on job training work your way up to better pay i started at low pay learned on the job worked my way up to decent pay took years |

Your wage is based on the VALUE of your work. Are you performing highly-skilled and life-saving neurosurgery? If so, then you should make a lot more than minimum wage. Are you doing work ANYONE can do? Then, the value of your work is no more than the minimum wage. |

Uh, they call it "minimum wage" because that's the minimum you must be paid, whether you're full or part time, 17 or 57. |

Minimum is minimum. If you're 67 and the job pays minimum, then that's what you make. You don't get paid more for having a birthday. |
