Two of them were sales associates that work at the place I applied and was interviewed at and the other one was the manager.

You don't have to send three thank you letters to each person, just one each. Each letter should be personalized, and refer to the specific interview you had with that person. Think if there was any specific qusetion that was asked that you could have answered better, or if there was something else you you add to one or more of your answers, and do so.

A good thank you letter is not just a polite gesture, it's a way to help 'seal the deal' with an interviewer by addressing their concerns, highlighting your appropriateness for the postion, and reiterating your skills and desire for the position.

Just send one addressed to all of them. List the manager first.
