I was hit in the head 90 days ago by unsecured equipment. I an experiencing headaches dizziness and sensitivity to light yet I have seen the doctor three times and each time he says were have to wait on approval of a cat scan,mri and something else. Not only am I loosing all the overtime they have been working since. My bills are behind and could possibly result in me loosing my home should I seek another lawyer. I have been home from work every since.

You seem to be criticizing your doctor rather than your lawyer. You don't actually say what your lawyer has done wrong. Don't US companies offer sick pay? Here in England, provided you had worked for the company for a year, you would be receiving sick pay. |

Lawyers don't have much to do with the medical treatment. If a doctor recommended it then your attorney could have requested it from the carrier. |
