I got fired from my first job, If I apply to another job can they find out I got fired?

I got fired cause I wasn't getting good enough, but I think that was bs cause It was my third day. I want to get another job. If I put that I haven't worked before can they find out if I did? I don't want to put that I got fired right away from my first job.

Legally they cannot say anything other than you worked there and the dates. If you find out they said anything negative against you and can prove it, you can sue. |
