No it isnt and you should just speak up for yourself and tell them you wish for a longer break , your manager and whoevers in charge

Wtf you should have about 3 half hour breaks, they can't do that to you if you signed a contract and it said only 1 break in it, then there is nothing you can do because you agreed to these terms .. if you signed the contract ask for copy and read it to find out how many breaks you are entitled to ...

You are entitled to a break every 4 hours

Depending on the state you live in and what the state labor laws say...anyone who works an 8 hour shift or more are required to have an hour lunch and also a few 15 minute breaks, too. You can report your boss or file a claim against them with the department of labor.
