Can someone give me an example please, it must include the 4 week notice period too. I need to hand it in today and advise them i will be leaving 4 weeks from today

I would like to give my 4 weeks notice of resignation for the reason that ______ (write down your reason). It has been a real pleasure working for a very reputable establishment with so many great people. In my ___ months/years of working here as a (insert job), I have learned and grown so much from this experience, and for that I would like to express my utmost gratitude to you and our colleagues. My time here has been wonderful and memorable.

Notice of resignations shouldn't be too long. But if you wanna add lots of compliments to the company, go ahead.
