How to break in my new secretary?

I'm a partner in a law firm. My old secretary was horrible with the legal admin duties and was fired. My new one starts next week.
Anyway my old one did the following:
1. Lied to my wife.
2. Got me coffee.
3. Got me lunch.
4. Paid my personal bills.
5. Ran personal errands.
6. Understood how I liked her to dress.
I'm thinking all except number 6 I should let her know from day 1....and number 6 just drop hints.
Any thoughts? advice?
