Help its a law matter i need advice?

Ok my work is accusing me of taking money out of my register which i didn't they sat me in a room today with an investigator and he was saying i know u took then money when i didn't saying he saw me do it and i told him id like to see how he saw me do something i didn't do! he made me sign a piece of paper with my statement on it saying i didn't do it and then said ill probably see u in the near future he was talking about they got in on camera and i've never stole anything in my life i stole a baby bottle pop when i was 9 and my mom made me go back in the store and return it to the manager i was so embarrassed i contacted my family lawyer and he said if they was going to do anything bout it they would have done it when i was in that room with them what do u think?
