Has anyone ever had to sign a form for a job thats says you will not call to check on position?

Just wondering, It also said that they would not disclose any information about my background check or any reason that I did or did not get the job.

No, I haven't ever had to sign (an agreement) stating that I would not call to check on the position I applied for. That sounds over-reactive to me. But I do know employers are on overload and don't want followup calls. I guess after a week, I'd give up on them. Good luck. I'm looking for work, too. |
