Freelancing issues for IT industry?
Is it like while working for a IT company, it is legally binding for us not to be a part of any freelancing site? In case we are, does it make us liable for any legal answers?

If you don't want to freelancer then tell the company you work for you don't want to do it and you want to stay in the office. Is it legally binding that depends on if you signed a contract with the company you work for. I don t think so unless it goes against your contract you signed |
