Hi..i work night shift as a labourer and my superviser and employer keep comparing my production with dayshifts..which is not far off..and i work hourly base...but every couple of months he keep on asking me to give more production...now i'm giving my best but he still asks for more..what can i do..my company is unionized..but he threatens me that if i go to union he will bring production comparison chart with dayshift to union...what can i do...i am giving my best and cannot do more

It is entirely up to you to go to your union. Your employer can't do anything about your choice to assert your legal rights. |

If someone with the same job is able to produce more on day shift than you can on night shift and all else is equal then you may well have a problem that the union won't be able to help you with. |
