Can I get representation at a hearing after my claim has been submitted by my free legal aid solicitor?

I have filed a claim for unfair dismissal with the help of my legal aid solicitor. However I feel I need representation because I may be faced with professional lawyer's from the employer which may be intimidating and affect my performance yet I have already submitted my claim under my names. Does the tribunal allow me to get a representative who wasnt mentioned before in the claim?

Yes

do not worry about representing your self its not like crown court its very Relax

they will not expect you to be Cavaner QC all you have to do is make notes of questions you want to ask your employer and make a statement out lining what your complaint is

the tribunal will ask lots of questions of you and your employer just keep calm and give them a honest answer

trust me you will find it a lot essayer than you think, its not full of people there will be less than 8 people in the room
