What about diagnostic medicine? You could operate an MRI, ultrasound, Xray, that sort of thing. It pays pretty well too.

Or you can go into some kind of therapy. There is mental, respiratory, physical, speech, occupational and others I can't think of. Good pay here too.

Just browse through the website I provided. There's lots of good stuff if you search "therapist."

Psychiatry would also be a good option. Sure, you'll be up to your elbows in crazy, but not in blood!

Pathologists are medical doctors, and therefore have to complete medical school. In medical school you are exposed to every major medical specialty, including surgery, so if you cannot get over the discomfort around blood, then I'm sorry, becoming a doctor isn't for you. In medical school you also have to work with cadavers, and dissect them, which is not for the weak of stomach. Pathologists also do lots of testing with human blood and tissue, so this may cause issues for you.

Psychiatrists, too, are medical doctors, and thus see all the same stuff that I just mentioned during medical school.
