When you do your clinicals, Try to learn as much as you can. Always volunteer to do it whether it is your first time or second. Practice makes you more comfortable performing the skill. Always find something to do. Volunteer to help the nurses. I have nursing students rotating in my hospital and I can already see who are good candidates for employment or not. |
