I am thinking of going to a private non profit school for medical assisting that also certifies in phlebotomy. I know the pay isnt great, but was wondering if i could get any opinions from anyone who does this or know alot about the job. Is the demand high and do you like it? Whats it like? Thanks

I would think about medical assisting with x-ray as an option. Medical Assistant with Limited X-Ray has become a very popular entry level one because it combines an education as a Medical Assistant with X-Ray Technician training to provide you with a well rounded set of skills. |

Here in miami they are droppin all lpn suposely MA are being hired. pay sucks if you work in a ghetto hospital or clinic.. i suggest you work in a specialists office thats where i work now in a charopracters office.. mostly all cheif complaint are back pain.and starting off $14/hour. i went to a private institute but still apyin for it its like $14000 im really seein this as a temporary job because i want to go back to college and study geometry because im fascinated by earth. im living ok because i have my husband that gets pay good also....but yea the pay kinda sucks well for me |
