Im international student in USA, and I want to know that if I want to get a green card, if I do medical assistant and apply for job, and employer sponsor me, is it possible that department of labor can give me certificate. Also im in new york, is it good or bad place to do that, or I need to move to another state for that. what if there's a U.S. worker also, at the time of filing the application and in the geographic area where the job exists, who is available, willing, and able to fill the position. Also i dont know which employer can sponsor me?
