Is there a creative career within the health care field?

By creative I don't necessarily mean an art centered career but one that can provide me with flexibility in what I choose to do and how to do it and that I can creatively partake and produce different tasks. I hope I make sense. Maybe something working with children or something along those lines..?
I've considered so many majors in the last few weeks that I don't know what to do anymore. My initial major was art education but I decided to leave and art and just go into early childhood bilingual education. But as of late, I've decided to leave education all together. Nutrition/Dietitian Certified, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration have crossed my mind.
I crossed out Nursing and Pharmacy though because the University I attend don't offer a bachelor's degree in either.
So I'm considering Business Administration and possibly try to work in a hospital. But what kind of career would that be and what would the job entail?
I would want a stable, secure job as well because I want to feel secure in the future and with whatever career I end up choosing.
I've gone to a career counselor but I ended up at first step! Thanks to anyone who can shed some knowledge on this answer!
