Interview tips for medical practice Admin Job with no experience?

I have been out of work for 7 months. I have an interview on friday for an Admin Asst/Practice Manager with a 4 Doctor mental health practice. Its part time, 30 hours per week. I have over 20 experience with admin but no medical practice experience. They know this from my resume. They are interviewing 3 other people. How do i make myself stand out over possibly younger and with medical office experience. I need this job!!!!
