Has anyone completed or currently taking an online program for Medical Assisting?

I am considering taking the online program for medical assisting offered by SJVC. They are an accredited college and I have looked at several different schools. The outlook for Certified Medical Assisting Jobs in Oklahoma, where I live is very good. There are several jobs available on a weekly basis. I am just concerned about taking the course online but right now that is the only option for me because I have to children and a part time job. Any advice on what it is like to take that program online would be appreciated. Also once I complete the program I will be eligible to sit for the NCMA exam and become certified. Thanks.

The medical industry holds a wealth of different careers from the obvious nurse and doctor careers to adminstrative careers. My sister wanted to work in this field, but she wasn't sure precisely what she wanted to do. She uncovered the site in the resource box below, it has lots of guidance, and it guided her to decide what she wanted to do. They have help with other jobs too. |

I am currently taking MA online my school is out of Virginia Beach VA and I have had great success it works great for me The outlook for Employment in MO is good after I take my exam for licensing I would really recommend it you have small children andpart time job, I like it becasue my classes are 5 weeks long and i can log in 24/7 to do my homework and you can follow your grades and have acess to advisors and tech support and educational grants (finacial aid).
