Can I have a certificate in dental assisting & join the military to work as a D/A?

I'm in school for dental assisting right now

& I graduate in Aug.

I was curious if its possible

that if I join the military after I graduate

and i'm certified to work as a dental assistant,

could I be in the mili & work as a D/A on the actual base?

How would my salary work?

Like would my pay be higher working as a D/A if i'm in the military and working on base compared to working just anywhere being a civilian?
