Hello there i have 2 jobs --- job #1 500/week *** job #2 100/one day on saturday
if i get laid off from job#1 which is my primary job can i collect unemployment

Yes, you will be eligible. I just don't know how much your benefit would be because I don't know how long you worked at job #1 (if at least 18 months, your benefit could be as much as $250 a week) but I do know that CA will reduce whatever benefit for which you're eligible by $75 a week because of the $100 you earn on Saturday. So, if you do get laid-off, immediately apply for benefits. |
