Job search - Should I keep two specialties separate?

I'm looking for a job. Isn't everyone? Anyway, I'm not too concerned about my resume since an HR person asked me if I would coach people on writing resumes, which I'm not interested in doing anyway. I'm looking for a position in social services/public health/counseling (with bilingual Spanish/English as an added feature). Now I know you shouldn't have weird stuff associated with your name on the internet, but if a perspective employer did a computer search after getting my resume, they'd find I have three published mystery novels listed on Amazon. Would that make them wary? It's not like I have a 'career' as a writer. I think I made about $8,000 total from them, which probably came out to about $7 an hour. I was thinking of putting the info about the writing under "interests" and state "Writing mysteries." Is that a good idea? I'm thinking that if they do a computer search, and I make no mention of them, they may think I'm hiding something.

No, don't put "writing mysteries"; put "author of three published mystery novels" under "accomplishments".
