As president of a Non-Profit how to I sign off community hours for people?

I just Incorporated a non-profit in miami, fl... and I want to know if I organize an event and have people volunteer how do I sign off the community hours for their schools?? I just sign it and that's it?

You sign it with your name and title and also provide the offical name of the non-profit. |

Many schools will have a form that you sign with name title and date and verify the number of hours. |

Have them make a list of the dates and times they worked, and sign it with your name and title, and the organization name. |
