For waitress, server, hostess, anything? I dont know what to put for skills. =[

If you don't have experience in the industry, don't try to make things up. They will hire you based on your personality. Mention that you will show up on-time and that you will work hard.

If you speak a foreign language , that is a skill. If you don't, write that you are willing to learn 20 phrases in Spanish and French if they will hire you. You can learn that many in a weekend.
