Hey, just got back from the second interview. The first interview went amazing and the hiring manager said he wanted me on his team, i just have to do another interview with the other manager because its apart of the Wendy's hiring procedure.
It went really good, she told me she's gonna call by friday by 4:00 to notify me if i have the job or not, and if she doesn't call she wants me to call back.
There was another guy there too was going to get interviewed, he looked about 20 and I'm 15. He had flip flips, a white trucker shirt, cargo's and a hat. I had a white dress shirt tucked into some American Eagle jeans with my hair down back and I wore brown dress shoes with a designers belt.
What are the chances of me getting the job, I also answered all the questions positively and she said she was going to call my references?

You sound like you have it. I wouldnt be too sure but if you are having a second interview it means good news. Dont be too worried about other applicants, just worry about you |
