Wendy's General manager Fast food interview questions etc help!?
Okay so wendy's had an ad in the paper that they need to fill management positions. I made up a resume (which i thought was good) and emailed it to them 2 hours they later they called and set up an interview with them for a management position general manager or asst manager i think. its next week at the coorporate office I'm 22 and have no fast food experience. I have worked as a night manager at grocery store though. How can i get this job tips for me? questions they may ask. Is it a tough job? help?

Don't worry fast food management is not hard. You have to know the customer is always right even if they are wrong, because you want repeat business and an unhappy customer will tell friends and family and probably won't come back. You have to know that fast food is much more time sensitive and detail oriented than a grocery store. You have to try to get quality food to the customer as fast as possible.Let them know you are a fast leaner, because you will have to learn their computer systems. their food temperatures and times. Just know that you will probably be work with lots of bratty teens that will not one to do their jobs most of the time. You also have to know how to do scheduling and bank deposits(which isn't hard). None of this is hard but challenging to get everything done on your shift. I could go on and on. All in all keeps you busy and that's kinda fun if you like that sort of thing. Good Luck. |

Fast food is extremely easy to pickup. u shouldnt be nervous because they already know that u have never worked in fast food before. focus on your strengths in management even though u will need to be trained. u need to have ur serve safe. |
