Try calling me back to place a couple days after you apply, managers tend to not look at applications unless you call them.

You need to figure out where you are screwing up.

Do you apply and get asked in for interviews? Then your interviewing skills need honing

Do you apply and not hear anything? Then the fault lies with your applications. You are either applying for jobs that you are over qualified for or under qualified for.

You need to take a hard look at yourself and decide which one is the problem and then find a solution.

Nothing wrong with asking a business owner or a recruiter to critique both your resume and interviewing techniques.
