Should I keep being persistent or just give it up?

So I'm 16 and I applied for a job at Chick-fil-a. I successfully managed to get through both of the interviews and now I need to fill out paperwork. I went on Thursday to fill them out but I wasn't wearing the slip-resistant shoes that were required even though the lady that called me didn't specify what shoes I should wear. So I kept calling back to reschedule a day when I can fill out those papers but the people there keep giving me the runaround! Like "Call so and so in the morning" then I call and they tell me to call another person who in turn tells me to call someone else. It's really irritating and should I keep calling or not? I really need a job and I don't want to waste time calling when I could be calling to work somewhere else.

Keep calling. if you get the job it's worth it right? but if you don't want to waste time then look for other jobs while you are at it. |
