You young people have a definite lack of education and it appalls me for our Gov't. educational system is deplorable. If you want to know the answers to any question go to the source.... I mean go to the people that gave you the application. Generally you use a person who knows you very well for a personal reference but most of you youngsters do not have many for you move around from job to job. If you would learn to take a job in a field you enjoy your life would change. I am sorry to say that parents today have no direction of their own so they can not direct their offspring. Read carefully: Find a job you enjoy doing ( no matter what it is). There is an old axiom reading, find a proffession you truly enjoy and you will not work another day of your life. That means if you do what you love it will not feel like work at all. Here is the key: Get to work before anybody else, find something to do every minute of the day, do not gossip or waste time in superflous things, stay busy at all times and work with happiness and respect for others for one can not gain respect unless one gives respect and above all be honest with yourself and others. One more thilng is study, study, study everything you can read, read, read and become interested in worthwhile lifestyles (things that will better your life as well as those around you.
