I just finished the Application Online and i received an email saying.

the application is not complete until you visit your local McDonald restaurant to sign and date you application and complete other requirements.

Do i just walk in and tell them about the email or do i wait for a call??.

Walk in and tell them you applied online, and got an e-mail stating you had to come to this McDonald's and sign and date your application. They will understand. Walk in with confidence and be polite.

Hope I helped, and best of luck! :]

Basically go fill out an application in person, not line.
