Job Interview; help!?

So I have a job interview tomorrow at a Port of Subs. I had an interview last week at a store but unfortunately I didn't get the job. Whats the best way to dress for my interview tomorrow, how about my hair(shoulder length) or make up? What should I say when they ask me, Why do you want to work for us? or Why should we hire you? Any other questions & answers I need to have in my head and just be prepared for tomorrow?

thanks =)

Congrats on the job interview :)

Although, I'm not sure what Port of Subs is, I think the best way to dress would be either a skirt knee length or below and a nice top. If you're not a skirt person, black slacks work too :) If it is a food service job, you could put your hair back in a cute way or just in a ponytail. Make up should be light, if any.

If they ask why you want to work for them, tell them some reasons you have. Read up on their website of how they originated or their menu if it's food service and talk about that. Show you have done some research on your own time. If they ask why should we hire you, that's your time to shine. Describe your strengths and what assets you can bring to the company. Always be prepared to answer negative questions like what are your weaknesses and describe a time where you didn't get along with a co-worker or boss. Those can be trick questions to some people and they feel it's safe to rant. NEVER speak bad about any of your previous jobs or managers. If you do that, employers know that when you leave their job, you'll do the same about them.

Good luck!
