No, that's not the best solution. It makes you sound like you really think you're perfect. They'll see that as a lie, or they'll think you're conceited.

Instead, try this:

Think of something that can be seen as a positive OR a negative, and talk about those "weaknesses" instead.

A couple examples for you, which might be applicable for an office job:

"I love to work and support myself, but I have a habit of being a workaholic because I want to always do A+ work." (Any possible employer will be glad to know you'll do whatever it takes to get the job done right.)

"I'd call myself an expert user with MS Word and PowerPoint, but there is room for improvement when it comes to Excel - I can do the basics, but I'd like to know more about pivot tables and formulas." (The interviewer will be impressed that you're your own worst critic, and that you realize you have more to learn.)

No. Say something like you know the basics in Spanish but you'd really love to become fluent in the language. This is something that would make you seem smarter without taking away from the work qualities that they are looking for.
