Learn everything u can about the company. think of questions they are going to ask u and prepare answers in advance.

Everyone gets nervous at interviews, NeNe17! Don't worry, take a deep breath and think about this: why do you want to work at Taco Bell? You want money, of course, and possibly work experience. That's pretty much the truth for all of us employees, but that's not what your employer wants to hear. The key is to answer the question in the way that answers your bosses' secret fears. All bosses worry about making hiring mistakes. From their point of view, they worry that you won't show up, follow instructions or get along with the other employees.

So your job at the interview is to show, not tell, the boss that you can do the work and fit in with the team. How do you do that? The best way is to talk about specific examples from your previous experience that describe your dependability, work ethic, conscientiousness and cooperative spirit. For example, if you've mowed lawns or babysat for extra money, talk about how you followed directions to operate an unfamiliar lawnmower, or figured out a way to get unruly kids to bed on time.

Another good tip is to be familiar with the company and its products, and ask questions about the company, its goals and the job you are applying for. That means spending a little time on the computer to prepare. (Google Taco Bell, read a little on the corporate website, think of questions to ask.) Some obvious questions are: What will you be doing? What does the boss think are the most important qualities for doing the job well? Listen carefully to what he or she says, and use that information to answer any further questions. For example, if the manager says it's important to follow directions because if you don't you can break equipment or make bad food, say that you understand and at a previous job, you always were careful to operate, clean and maintain the soda machine so that it worked properly for the customers (or some other example.)

Also, it's very important to be on time for the interview, bring all the documents they request (like your driver's license or student ID) and fill out the application completely and honestly.

Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

I had an interview with them not to long ago. So do some research on the company, when and if they ask what's your weakness/opportunity think of something that's not to bad or that they think will you excelling in the company.
