First thing is i am very slow as working,2 nd is i will forget early. 3rd is now a days i am not speaking more,so how can improve myself.

Anitha ..beta...First of all take it away from your mind that you are slow,forget early,or any thing more.Remember only the work you have to do today, make your consideration on this how you can do it better.Take one work at a time go through it, do your best.Everything will be in your favour.

Just do the opposite of your every habits (mentioned above). And keep practicing coz practice makes human perfect.

It's alright. All of us go through demotivating times in our lives - in career and personal lives both. But the key is to come out of it stronger, and not see the situation as a dead end with no hope. There are always ways to make things better, and sometimes we look at things from a negative perspective because we are so drawn into it that nothing seems possible.
