How long should a job interview last?

I recently had a job interview at a Subway restaurant, and it lasted 15 minutes. Is this good or bad?

Every interview I've had, I've always gotten the job. All of them were different times. All ranging from 15 minutes to an hour & a half. So if you impressed them in 15 minutes, you could get the job! |

15 minutes is too short for an interview. A good interview would last about 30 to 45 minutes. Also if the interviewer asks you do you have any questions, you should have about three questions to ask him/her, but never discuss salary. |
