I am a 19 yr. old guy in culinary school and this is my last year before graduating . i am working at a 5 star hotel as a trainee. i want to know later in the future what will i need to know and do to become a personal chef for rich families preferably in the united states as because i grew up in the states and i am now in greece. i know VERY good english ! so can any body help me o this answer ???

You could contact a placement agency such as Private Chefs, Inc. You can submit your resume (http://www.privatechefsinc.com/chefs.htm¦ but they require a minimum of eight years professional chef experience.
