Till date i have worked for two firms that are big brand names however i was not satisfied with the way they work, everything is so commercial, people in higher positions are so unprofessional,they openly abuse the employees for any mistakes,integrity violation at its highest,cant confide in ones co-employee or ones respective manager ,trainer because the word transparency is highly misused here ,the job says one and we are told to do a different thing ,required to stretch beyond the scheduled shifts to meet ones targets ,no great hikes.when one wants to leave they dont even try and persuade the employee to stay as if they dont care. Are there no companies left that are normal where every employee is treated the way he deserves to be?
