Generally no. Nurses will get paid a lot more because of the college and university they had to attend and invest time and money in. Also I think there are factors such as why would you want to be a nurse when it's better to be a chef and vice-versa. Nurses start on about £22k with higher earning potential over £30k a year, a chef starts on about £12k a year and doesn't go up much after that. |

In the USA a RN makes $20-$50 an HOUR. Big money for little education. My wife is a Vet, and even with 8 years of school her RN friend makes more than her. |
