What gloves do you wear when washing dishes in a commercial situation, like a restaurant?

Most dishwashers wear the throw away plastic gloves. They are provided by the company. Working in a restaurant is not going to be like washing dishes at home you really only have to grab them rinse them off with a sprayer and then put them in a rack and push them through a huge dishwasher. The bigger items from the cooks line you will out in a sink to soak for a bit before scrubbing them. If you feel more comfortable not touching anything you can buy your own but I've never seen anyone do it. |
