Ok I recenlty got a job at mcdonalds and I do the daily maintenance. I actually started about two months ago and only do the job two day a week when the get truck sundays and thursdays. Now I like the job and all and want to do more maintenance but the store manager is being a butthole. He won't give me any more days on maintenance and I'm still getting to know some of the store. Then He's getting on me because I had 3 oil spills which two were no my fault and one was. I think I can work my way into another job but don't know what to do. Anybody who has experience with mcdonalds woud you please help I will give more details if asked thank you in advance.

You have to keep in mind that economy sucks and he is probably not giving you the job because he just cant because money is tight. Also when you quit its gonna be hard to find another job. It's only been 2 months, you cant quit now. Its work its not gonna be all great and wonderful and you get what you want. You have to work hard and stick with what you got. Be happy you have a job and money coming in.

good luck :)

Take the 9/hr job and leave this 7/hr and criticism. the manager don't think you are very good and wants to emphasize your faults so you won't bug him for more hours, he is not going to give you anymore hours than you have, so you can call up mcdonalds HR and ask to work other locations

or take this 9/ job.
