Should I take a job at Barclays as a stock/derivatives trader?

My uncle is a top executive at Barclays and has alot of connections in the financial industry and can get me a job in the firm really easily but I want to know if the pay at Barclays would for example match the pay at Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley.

As a trader, your main income is not the basis, but the bonus, i assume the bonus is almost the same across companies. So given your solid connection, I recommend you go for Barclays!! Don't forget to refer me after you join the group, LOL. |
