Edd called my cell between 10-12pm on the 25th thursday and at the same time didnt know that a mail from edd arrived days ago and i just barely red it, which would be TODAY. fell asleep thru it and they called around 11am, and one more follow up call.my voicemail icon in my cellphone notified me so late, almost midnight not knowing that they left message twice. ive been trying to call but due to many callers i couldnt get thru

There should be something in the letter regarding how to file an appeal.

Don't sweat it for now - it's a holiday weekend and no one is going to be around until Tuesday, at which time they will be flooded with calls. Try to call them on Wednesday or read the letter and write them back according to their instructions.
